– WHAT WE BELIEVE –

AI may be impressive.
Humans are still the point.

We are tech-nerds, and we love what AI can do. But the technology is here to amplify human potential, not replace those messy, creative, curious people who give the work meaning.

BELIEF 1

Automate the
right things

AI can make almost any process faster. We look for the work where automation removes friction, frees people up and makes the outcome better for everyone involved.

BELIEF 2

The AI doesn’t get
the final vote
AI can generate, analyze and recommend. People still set the direction, challenge the output and make the decisions that require judgment, context and accountability.

BELIEF 3

The tool is never
the strategy

There will always be another model, platform or shiny new capability. We focus on what the technology makes possible, not on using technology for its own sake.

BELIEF 4

AI should give people
superpowers

AI shouldn’t replace expertise. It should extend it — taking care of tedious work, opening new possibilities and giving people access to capabilities they couldn’t easily reach before.

BELIEF 5

Trust is part of
the technology

AI can be remarkably capable and confidently wrong. We need to understand its risks, recognize bias, build in the right safeguards and be transparent about how it’s being used.

BELIEF 6

Build people who
can keep up

Nobody knows exactly what AI will look like in 5 years, let alone next year. We help people develop the judgment, confidence and adaptability to keep learning and evolving alongside the technology.

These beliefs came directly from us, shaped with AI, then reviewed, challenged and edited by actual humans. We figured that was probably the most appropriate way to talk about how we work.
